MICA BAND HEATERS

TYPE: HCB Half Band - ease installatin in difficult locations. Available with any termination or mounting arrangement.	TYPE: HHCB Hinged Half-Band - convenient where two piece heaters are required. Available with any termination or mounting arrangement.
TYPE: ECB Splitcase - Allows heater to be opened one time for mounting. Available with any termination or mounting arrangement.	TYPE: CBTB Terminal Box Cover - minimum width 1 ½" 2"high x 1½" x 2". Also available in a ¼" high x 2 1/16" x 4½" terminal box for larger clearance to terminals. Minimum width 2 1/16"
TYPE: CBTC Ceramic Terminal Cover - 7/8" high x ¾" O.D. for 10-32 thread	TYPE: CCB Normally required for clearance of thermocouple probes or holding bolts. Over-size can in many cases, serve the same purpose, using the center of the gap as a starting point. Specify location in terms of degrees and size of hole or cut out. Minimum od ½" is required from the hole to the center of the heater. For critical hole or cut out locations, supply detail drawing.
